The project aims for the following objectives: 1. To create a multifunctional strong cultural attraction point in Neringa;2. To integrate the building into the natural and urban context of Neringa;3. To create a contemporary specific building suited for a place;4. To use the creative resources of the students of the Vilnius Art Academy, inviting them to participate in the process of creative reconstruction;5. To use the resources of alternative energy that are available in the surroundings of the building;6.
