Spaces are being „burrowed“ in the rectangular volume which is perceived as a maximally rational legal person who has its specific structure and the economic activity model. The spaces are thus forming personalised-public places (inner yard, hall, atriums, terraces), that create outlines of different floors, diversified light, sizes of spaces. These individualised spatial parameters refer to the diversity; they correspond to non-anonymous, specified, defined and characteristic personal space that is so important in the contemporary business. The facade of the building functions as a supporting structure, optimising the consumption of the energy that the microclimate of the building requires.
